In addition to the Bank’s director, Annette Windmeisser (Minister-Counsellor and Head of the Cooperation for the Sustainable Development of the Embassy of Germany), Inácio Bento de Morais Júnior (National Secretary of Urban Mobility of the Ministry of Cities) and José Renato da Gama Barandier Jr. (Municipal Secretary of Urban Planning and Mobility of Niterói and representative of the Brazilian National Association of Mayors) also attended the opening of the event.
