BNDES approves R$ 154 million in financing for Peugeot Citroën Brazil

BNDES disbursements reach R$ 156 billion in 2012, up 12%
The disbursements from the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) reached R$ 156 billion in 2012, an increase of 12% compared with the previous year. Consultations rose 60%, and approvals of new projects grew 58% over 2011. These figures represent unprecedented levels in the history of the Bank and reflect the interest of Brazilian entrepreneurs in investing.

BNDESPAR and Belgian development agency will transfer capital to investment fund
The BNDES and the Belgian development agency, Société Fédérale de Participations et d´Investissement, entered into an investment agreement to formally employ resources form BNDESPAR and SFPI in the Performa Key Investment Fund for Environmental Innovation.

BNDES discloses conditions for financing TAV
The BNDES has approved new financing conditions to implement the high-speed train (TAV Brazil), which will stretch 511 km, connecting the municipalities of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Campinas. The current support conditions were redefined so as to adapt them to the new project's bidding process.
